Hello

May aim as an illustrator is simple;

 

To make compelling images that tell a story and set the viewer up for what comes next.

 

A secondary goal of mine as an artist is to create work that is clearly hand-made. Work that I produce always begins as a series of iterative sketches that chronicles the journey of each image ​from idea to final product. In a time when AI can deliver an image based on a few keywords with minimal input, I feel that it is important for consumers to be aware of how things are made, and just how much time, effort, and thought is spent in the creation of meaningful artwork. To that end, I work with an emphasis on retaining the many iterations leading up to the final product and sharing my creative processes.
