Rivoli Halloween

Doing a series of paintings for the local Art House movie theater. Skeletons are the soup de' jour. More to come.

Edit 1: Every project begins with sketches. This project required far fewer than I would normally produce to find the best images to work through. In this case the client and I agreed on doing a handful of final images and they already had an idea what they wanted the first one to portray. The other paintings were able to draw their visual language from the first, making this a fun series to work on. Two out of three images are complete as of now, with the third nearing the halfway point. These paintings, and their prints will be on display and for sale at the Rivoli Theater in La Crosse, WI through the month of October this year. I am working with the theater to figure out a date to have a table set up to meet and greet the Rivoli's skeleton afficionadoes in person before and after their Halloween screenings.
